The Service
DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited. It lets you upload a photo of a real room, home exterior or garden and generate visual redesign concepts. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use DecorAI. If you use DecorAI on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Accounts
You can use daily free generations without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for activity under that account.
Free Access and Purchases
DecorAI provides three free AI design generations per day, each unlocked by a rewarded video ad. Free images include a small DecorAI watermark. Paid features, if offered, are billed through Apple, Google or the Web App payment provider. Store purchases are also subject to the App Store or Google Play terms.
Your Content
You retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to upload the images you submit.
Generated Designs
AI outputs are visual concepts. They are not architectural drawings, engineering documents, construction-ready plans, measured floor plans, or guarantees of furniture fit, materials, photorealism or renovation cost. You are responsible for how you use generated images, including any listing or advertising use.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service.
- Do not present generated images as measured professional work.
- Do not use DecorAI to impersonate another product or brand.
Intellectual Property
The DecorAI name, logo and software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. These terms do not transfer any ownership in the app or brand.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, exact generation times, or that a design will match a finished renovation. Generation is usually under 10 seconds and often around 5 seconds, but can take longer during peak demand.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for renovation, purchasing or listing decisions made using DecorAI concepts. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using DecorAI at any time and delete your account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
